When will I receive my order?

 

When your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link (it can take up to 24-48 hours to update).

 

Please note, following the new governmental provisions of March 2020, orders shipped to certain areas may be delayed.

 

How much does it cost to ship my beauty haul to other European countries? 

  • Delivery to our babes in the following countries will cost €15: Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bouvet Island, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Cyprus, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, San Marino, Switzerland, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, and Vatican City.
  • Delivery to our babes in the following countries will cost €25: Algeria, Armenia, Georgia, Guadeloupe, Réunion. 
  • For delivery elsewhere in the world, please visit our US website at www.morphe.com or for the UK at  www.uk.morphe.com
  • Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to countries that fall within The Canary Islands.

 

Which Countries do we not ship to?

Does BREXIT effect how I can shop online with Morphe in the EU?

No, currently there are no additional charges or burdens for EU customers when shopping on Morphe EU and shipping to an EU postal address.  

Duties and taxes are absorbed by the brand, customers will not be expected to pay any additional charges to customs prior to receiving their order.

 

How can I change the country I am shopping in?

We ship to many locations. Choose your shipping country from the dropdown in the site header or footer.

We do not currently ship to the following countries: Israel, Afghanistan, Belarus, Bermuda, Bonaire, Congo, Cuba, DRC, Falkland Islands (Malvinas), Ghana, India, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Libya, Mexico, Nigeria, North Korea, Peru, Qatar, Russia, Somalia, Saudi Arabia, Sint Eustatius and Saba, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, United Arab Emirates, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.

 

Do you accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express gift cards?
Yes, however because we have a secure cart checkout, your "billing" address must be verified. This means that you must register your Visa, Mastercard or American Express gift card online with the issuing bank including providing them your mailing address in order to use gift cards. Otherwise, your order may be declined even if the gift card is valid and active.

 

Why is a coupon code not working?

Coupon codes will not apply to discounted Morphe items , some collaboration items and non-Morphe products. Coupon codes have expiration dates.

 

I recently purchased an item online and now it’s discounted. Can I get the discounted price?

Pricing on the website is subject to change without notice. Orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of the offer, and to modify or cancel any promotion due unforeseen issues. 

  

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We understand that you may receive damaged items due to transit. If a product is defective or damaged, this must be reported within 30 days of delivery or receipt of order in person. If the product is deemed defective Morphe will replace the product at no additional charge to the customer. Please contact customer care for more details at eu.info@morphe.com.

If an item is "Out of Stock" online, is it out of stock at Morphe stores?

Online stock availability does not currently reflect availability at Morphe retail locations. Please note that we are unable to accept phone orders for delivery / shipment from stores.

 

Do you offer free samples?

We do not offer free samples at this time.

 

How do I cancel my order?

To serve you better, Morphe will begin to process your order immediately after it has been submitted, and we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.
